To arrange and provide your medical visit or video consultation, to issue your medical report, prescription and invoice, and to meet our legal obligations as a healthcare provider.

Legal basis

The provision of healthcare, and your explicit consent to the processing of your health data.

Who receives your data

The attending doctor and service providers bound by contract (payments, clinical records, hosting). We do not sell your data. Other transfers only where the law requires.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to privacy@doctorsportugal.com. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
